Opportunity to feed into focus groups on civil legal aid reform with the MoJ
The Law Society shall be running several focus groups with the Ministry of Justice. Each session will focus on a geographical area in England and Wales and shall be held online the session for the North West will take place on Wednesday 31 January 2024 from 16:00 to 17:30.
This is an opportunity for you to:
feed in directly to those carrying out the review of civil legal aid;
share your thoughts on how civil legal aid works in your local area;
voice what’s going wrong in the current system, and, which reforms could make a real difference.
Discussions in the focus groups are confidential and any findings will be fully anonymised.
