COURTS & TRIBUNALS RE-OPENING TIMETABLE

We have received the current timetable of HMCTS sites due to open between now and 3 July.

Please note that the proposed timetable for reopening will inevitably change as HMCTS staff continue to rigorously assess their buildings and ensure they adhere to the latest public health guidance.

The proposed schedule is subject to operational change and remains dependent on each site being assessed as safe to reopen before it can do so. We will  keep you updated as regularly as we can on changes to the timetable as it evolves and we are informed..

Local teams will, of course, continue to keep affected court users informed as plans for reopening sites develop and cases are listed into them.
