CIVIL JUSTICE LIAISON COMMITTEE – MANAGING LISTING AND PROCEDURES

HHJ Sephton has set up  a Civil Justice Liaison Committee with a view to managing listing and procedures to video hearings during the current lockdown. He would like to get feedback on areas of practice where problems are occurring and any suggestions for improvement from the legal profession.

Please email any comments you may have to Andrew Lilley of JMW at Andrew.Lilley@jmw.co.uk who will collate them and send them on to HHJ Sephton.  Judge Sephton is looking for  common problems that are arising in relation to listing and management of video hearings, either with the process, their conduct  or the technology, and suggestions as to how matters could be improved.
