Short Form Orders Guidance for Family Practitioners

We have received some guidance from the President of the Family Division in relation to Short Form Orders. Following brief consultation with local judges, this guidance will came into effect in Greater Manchester courts as from Monday 24^th June 2019 with one modest modification which is that all public law orders will continue to record the “week” the case has reached.
