Mercantile Court Notice

The Mercantile court is happy to accept some documents by email. This ensures the court is accessible and can speed up the process of dealing with applications. Documents sent by email must not be sent again to the court in hard copy (see CPR PD 5B para.8.1: “Where a party files a document electronically, he must not send a hard copy of that document to the court.”). A good deal of time is wasted when documents are emailed and posted. Please ensure that para.8.1 is complied with.
