Crown and Magistrates Court Committee

The Crown and Magistrates Courts Committee is committed to improving communication between the Crown Court and the Magistrates.

Each Court is under significant pressure which in turn places pressure on all professional Court users. 

We also want to look at increasing our committee numbers so that we have a broad spectrum of representation from all professional court user groups.

We are grateful for members of the Judiciary taking an active part in the group. Having those that we appear before knowing what the issues are beyond the Bench assists greatly.

 We would like to look promote wellbeing as a continuous need for all legal sector members and offer any assistance to highlight any issues concerning individuals involved in the Criminal Justice System.

We are happy to support any relevant concerns. With Communication and working together hopefully will help lessen the burden placed on the professionals involved in the Criminal Justice System. 

If anyone would wish for any training or business network needs, then the Committee would be willing to look at where we may be able to assist in hosting events.
