Communications Committee

The Communications Committee was previously known as the Messenger Editorial Committee when it was only responsible for the content of the Messenger.

However, in the modern world with wider types of communication used, the Communications Committee is now responsible for all forms of communication from Manchester Law Society including the Messenger, the weekly e-Newsletter, social media channels, the website and the Manchester Law Society App.

The Communications Committee meets in person once a month to discuss and agree key messages and themes for the following month.

In order to do this, we need to have a good understanding of the work that is being undertaken within the Society and also the key issues within the profession at any given time.

It is therefore a great Committee within which to get to know what the Society is all about and to learn how it operates.
