Certificates of Readiness at Crown Square
The timescale for Certificates of Readiness at Crown Square is changing – This will take effect on all cases heard on or after Monday 3rd September 2012. With effect from this date the court will order that Certificates of Readiness be served on the court 3 weeks prior to the trial date (as opposed to 2)
