By providing your contact details to Manchester Law Society in relation to receiving advice and assistance from member firms of our Pro Bono Panel, you confirm that you are happy for us to disclose your personal data to member firms of our Pro Bono Panel on a rotating basis strictly for that purpose. Each of the member firms participating in the panel have agreed to provide their advice on a pro bono basis.  There may be some cases where, in exceptional circumstances, it may not be possible for a firm to carry out work on a pro bono basis (e.g. where a particular case is more complicated than initially anticipated).  In any such cases, the participating firms will not seek funding without first obtaining written permission from Manchester Law Society.
