Surrogacy is increasing in popularity in England and Wales in 2026 and, as such, the Family and Immigration Law teams across Manchester have seen a growing number of enquiries from prospective parents enquiring into their options. Surrogacy is a niche and complex area of Law and this complexity is only enhanced due to the often competing approaches from alternate jurisdictions when prospective parents look for assistance across international borders.

For this reason, the Family Law branch of Manchester’s International Committee, assisted by our Immigration Law branch, have organised an informative webinar to address the essential dos and don’ts of surrogacy in England and Wales with some of the leading professionals specialising in the area from our city.
